Small Time Crooks (2000)

Directed by Woody Allen
Starred Woody Allen, Carolyn Saxon, Tracey Ullman, Michael Rapaport, Tony Darrow, Jon Lovitz, Hugh Grant,...
2000, United States, English.

What is the point of a pulling a heist? Money? What if you suddenly become very rich by winning the lottery, while you are working on a heist?

This isn't the case in this comedy heist movie of Woody Allen. But points out to the similar fun questions.

A silly caper with a group of dumb silly robbers. This is the bottom line of Small Time Crooks and succeeds to make you smile at least in several sequences no matter what kind of comedy you are fond of.

Not a great heist, not a great caper, not a great movie, but won't leave you with empty hands.

Tracey Ullman won a nomination with her performance in Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Comedy / Musical in Golden Globes.
